by VVN Music

It was fifty years ago yesterday (April 4, 1968) that Dr. Martin Luther King was assassinated in Memphis, TN.

To honor Dr. King, Stevie Wonder and a long list of musicians and actors along with President Obama and first lady Michele, expressed their dreams for the world over Stevie Wonder's 1970 hit "Heaven Help Us All".

Wonder opens and closes the video which also includes statements from Elton John, Paul McCartney, Dave Matthews, Common, Mariah Carey, Smokey Robinson and many more.

To add additional gravity to the video, it was released at 7:05 PM CT, the time that Dr. King was pronounced dead fifty years ago.
