Eminem, Ball/Boe, Elton John in British Top Ten

by VVN Music

Veteran artists continue their strong showing on the British Albums chart.

Eminem drops 3 to 5 in his third week on the chart with Revival while Michael Ball & Alfie Boe stay at number 6 for the third week in a row with Together Again. The album has not dropped lower than that position in its ten weeks of release. Finally, Elton John's Diamonds moves up from 12 to 10.

The second ten also continues to be filled with veterans including Noel Gallagher (#13), Roy Orbison (#14), Pete Tong (#15), Andre Rieu (#16), Liam Gallagher (#17) and George Michael (#18).

With the low release count around the Christmas holiday, there are no debuts in the top 100, veteran or modern artist.

Ed Sheeran gets his twentieth week at number 1 with Divide followed by Sam Smith's The Thrill of It All, Rag'N'Bone Man's Human, the soundtrack to The Greatest Showman and Eminem.

Sheeran also tops the Singles chart for the fifth week with "Perfect" followed by Eminem and Sheeran on River, Big Shaq's "Man's Not Hot", Rita Ora's "Anywhere" and Camila Cabello Featuring Young Thug with "Havana".
