Those of us who are getting older know all about how debilitating a bad back can be. Bob Seger has joined the rest of the mortals in that category.
Seger has had to postpone the last 19 scheduled dates on his Runaway Train tour after receiving "doctor’s orders to attend to an urgent medical issue concerning his vertebrae."
No further details have been released.
Bob said "I’m so disappointed to have to suspend the tour as the band is on a great roll. It’s a privilege to play for our amazing fans. Hoping to be back out on the road very soon."
The problem may have been ongoing but appeared to have flared up on Thursday or shortly thereafter with a show in Pittsburgh. The band's Saturday show in Columbus went on to be postponed.
