Shania Twain, Kenny Chesney, the Zombies, .38 Special, Jerry Lee Lewis on Stagecoach Festival Lineup

by VVN Music

The Stagecoach Festival, Coachella's country cousin that's held at the same Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA, has announced the lineup for their 2017 festival which includes not only veteran and modern country acts, but also a few rockers with the Zombies, .38 Special, the Blasters and Tommy James and the Shondells.

The inclusion of those acts is a bit of a departure for the festival that has dug deep in the past to present veteran country and Americana acts but hasn't really included artists mainly identified as rock or pop.

Dierks Bentley will headline on Friday, April 28 while Shania Twain tops the bill on Saturday, April 29 and Kenny Chesney on Sunday, April 30.

Other veteran acts on the bill include Jerry Lee Lewis, Son Volt, Willie Nelson and Family, John Doe, Cyndi Lauper, Los Lobos, Wynonna and the Big Noise, Travis Tritt and the Cowboy Junkies.
