Chart Watch Britain: Top Ten Debuts for Kylie Minogue, Mick Hucknall and Madness; Neil Young in at 14

It's a banner week for veteran artists on the British charts as three debut in the top ten.

Just one away from the top is The Abbey Road Sessions by Kylie Minogue, her remix album of some of her best loved songs with orchestral accompaniment.

Mick Hucknall, formerly of Simply Red, debuts at 6 with his second solo album, American Soul. It betters his first, Tribute to Bobby, which peaked at 18 in 2008.

At 10 is the new Madness album Oui Oui Si Si Ja Ja Da Da. It continues their return to the top ten which started in 2009 when The Liberty of Norman Folgate peaked at number 5. Prior to that, they hadn't reached the British top ten since 1984.

Just below the top ten at 14 is the second Neil Young and Crazy Horse album of 2012, Psychedelic Pill. His 37th (!) solo studio album betters Americana's number 16 start and is his best since 2007's Chrome Dreams II debuted in the same position.

The last of the debuts is the Glenn Hughes/Joe Bonamassa/Jason Bonham/Derek Sherinian group Black Country Communion with their third (and maybe last) album, Afterglow. The number 29 start is the lowest of their three releases.
