Rumor Mill: Rolling Stones to End Touring After 2013 Glastonbury Show

Nobody really knows what the Rolling Stones are thinking as far as their 50th anniversary and future prospects, but a "source" has told Britain's Sunday Mirror that the band plans to play the Sunday night headline spot at the 2013 Glastonbury Festival as their farewell show.

The sources have also said that the band will play a "handful" of shows in Britain and America leading up to the finale. According to the source:
“All four members have agreed that next year is the right time to have one final hurrah and put on the gig of their lives.

“It’s a case of now or never, and obviously Glastonbury is the most important festival on the circuit. Everybody’s incredibly excited... it’s a final bow.”
Of course, we've been down this road before so expect a statement from the band calling it all hogwash sometime in the next few days, even if it does turn out to be true.

I truly love that show. I grew up with my dad going on and on about how good Frankie was and I'm so glad he did. I too have searched endlessly for a biography of sorts for them, but never found anything worthwhile.

As for Jersey Boys, I have seen it in San Francisco while tickets were cheap.. and London and both were amazing nights.
