Jagger and Richards to Discuss Rolling Stones 50th Anniversary in December

A source has told Rolling Stone that Mick Jagger and Keith Richards will meet sometime in December to discuss how the Rolling Stones will celebrate their 50th anniversary, whether it be recording, touring or both.

How that meeting will go is anyone's guess. Richards did not paint the best portrait of Jagger in his award winning memoir, Life, and it is reported that Mick has not taken kindly to any of it.

Richards told the magazine "I don't see why in the world the Stones can't put together some kind of show next year. I'd almost count on it. It doesn't have to be the whole spectacle bullshit again, but we've got to find our own way through this."

Jagger added "It is quite amazing when you think about it. Anything's possible."

The world is still waiting to see if Richards' Stones rehearsal will occur in November as planned. Mick Jagger had not committed to coming even though the other current members of the group on on board and Keith has even invited former members.
