  • 2010 - Randy Blythe of Lamb of God pushes a fan that rushed the stage during a concert in Prague, causing the fan to fall from the stage and hit his head. He dies two weeks later. 
  • 2016 - Gord Downie of the Tragically Hip announced that he had inoperable brain cancer.
