Bob Dylan Goes Big For His Third Album of Standards

Bob Dylan has gone back to the world of standards for a third time and this time its a three-CD set.

Dylan began his journey through the worlds of Irving Berlin, Harold Arlen and Jimmy Van Heusen in 2015 with Shadows in the Night and continued last year with Fallen Angels.

On March 31, Dylan will release Triplicate through Columbia that includes thirty songs over three CDs including such standards as Stormy Weather, As Time Goes By, Here's That Rainy Day, Sentimental Journey and Stardust.

This is Bob's 38th studio album but his very first that is a triple CD set. The album will be released as a 3-CD 8-Panel Digipak, a 3-LP Vinyl Set, a deluxe 3-LP Vinyl Set in a numbered box and via digital download sites.

Produced by Jack Frost, the album is divided into three thematically-arranged ten-song sequences named 'Til the Sun Goes Down, Devil Dolls and Comin' Home Late.
