Vince Neil, Boy George, Carnie Wilson to Compete on "The New Celebrity Apprentice"

by VVN Music

Just because former host Donald Trump is now the President of the United States, it doesn't mean The Celebrity Apprentice is going into mothballs. A brand new edition premiers on January 2 with new host, former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and among the sixteen contestants are three veteran artists.

Vince Neil, who recently finished up his stint with Motley Crue, will compete along with Culture Club singer Boy George and former Wilson Phillips member Carnie Wilson.

While Neil and Wilson have not announced who they will be playing for, Boy George has said any money he wins will go to Safe Kids Worldwide, an organization that works to help kids avoid accidental injury.

Boy George said of the charity "My heart breaks every time I hear a story of a child dying from a preventable injury. These types of tragedies do not have to happen. That's why I want to work with Safe Kids to protect kids everywhere."

Now known as The New Celebrity Apprentice, the show sees contestants compete in teams to complete business challenges from developing an advertising campaign to putting together promotional events. The winner for the season receives a check for $250,000 for their charity while they also have the ability to win additional money for their cause in various challenges throughout the season.
