Jon Anderson, Rick Wakeman and Trevor Rabin's ARW Announce European Dates

by VVN Music

In mid-May, Jon Anderson, Rick Wakeman and Trevor Rabin announced they would come together to form Anderson, Wakeman & Rabin or ARW.

The three artists have not played together since Yes' 1990 The Union Tour, which was the first time that all three ex-Yes members played together.

Recently, Anderson has been involved with a number of projects including an album with Jean Luc Ponty and an upcoming set with Swedish icon Roine Stolt (we will have an interview with Jon on both the Stolt and ARW projects in the coming weeks). Wakeman is currently finishing up an extended version of his 1975 album The Myths and Legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Rabin has been writing for film for the last 21 years including such movies as Con Air, Armageddon, Gone in 60 Seconds, Remember the Titans and National Treasure.

The trio have been writing new music with plans of recording and have already announced a U.S. tour for October and November. On Thursday, they added eleven European shows, concentrating on U.K. locations.
