Springsteen Taking "The River" to Europe for Two Months

Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band are continuing to expand their The River tour in support of the deluxe version of the 1979 album.

They've been playing shows across the U.S. since mid-January and will continue until a two night stand at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on April 23 and 25. Then it is off to Europe three weeks later for a series of shows that will take him through mid-July.

The European leg of the tour starts on May 14 in Barcelona, Spain and includes two nights in Dublin, finishing up on July 16 at Circus Maximus in Rome.

The current show includes a complete playing of the double album The River along with a number of other songs from the Springsteen catalog.
