Greg Lake Re-releasing His Two 80's Solo Albums in Expanded Editions

Over the course of his career, Greg Lake has been part of King Crimson, Emerson, Lake and Palmer and Emerson, Lake and Powell along with recording three solo albums.

The two albums that he recorded during the 80's, Greg Lake (1981) and Manoeuvres (1983) will be released on February 5 via Cherry Red in the U.K. in a special two-disc set.

The first album and its three bonus tracks feature all of the members of Toto with the exception of Bobby Kimball as Lake handles all lead vocals. Both albums also feature appearances Gary Moore on guitar.

Both CDs have received a 2015 remaster which has the personal approval of Lake. The booklet includes extensive liner notes.

In other Greg Lake news, on January 9, Greg received an honorary degree from the Conservatorio Nicolini in Piacenza, Italy! This was the very first honorary degree for music the prestigious university has ever awarded!
