The Allman Brothers Band will release volumes 3 and 4 in their new series of archive live albums with Macon City Auditorium, Macon, GA 2/11/72 and Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, NY 5/1/73. Both 2-CD sets will be out on February 12 via the group's own label.

The Macon, GA show was the first after the death of member Duane Allman with the band playing as a five-piece (Gregg Allman, Butch Trucks, Jaimoe, Berry Oakley, Dickey Betts).

By May 1, 1973 and the Uniondale, NY show, the band members had changed with the addition of Chuck Leavell on keyboards and Lamar Williams in for the late-Oakley. Notable on this volume are four songs, including two of the Allman's best known, that have never appeared on an official live release, Jessica, Ramblin' Man, Come & Go Blues and Wasted Words. The set also includes a thirty minute show closing Mountain Jam.
