Nashville Benefit For Cowboy Jack Clement to Feature Many Stars

In 2011, Cowboy Jack Clement lost many of his personal belongings and memorabilia in a house fire that also damaged his recording studio.

On January 30, Nashville's War Memorial Auditorium will host Honor Thy Music: A Tribute to Cowboy Jack Clement with proceeds going to the Music Health Alliance with funds earmarked to start the Cowboy Jack Clement Fund to pay the bills of uninsured musicians.

Additional artists may be added to the bill. 

Clement has been a performer, writer and producer, credited with finding Jerry Lee Lewis while he was working at Sun Studios and writing the hits Ballad of a Teenage Queen and Guess Things Happen That Way for Johnny Cash. He has produced music for Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Charley Pride and many more.
