Set List: Van Halen Kicks Off Tour in Louisville

Van Halen is back on the road with David Lee Roth to promote their brand new album, A Different Kind of Truth.

On opening night in Louisville, Kentucky, Van Halen dug back into 1979 to perform the rarely played Van Halen II tracks Women In Love and Outta Love Again. Women In Love had not been played live since 1980, Outta Love Again was only ever played a handful of times in 1979.

Four songs from the new album A Different Kind Of Truth made the setlist, She’s The Woman, Tattoo, China Town and The Trouble With Never.

The show is ending with the usual … Jump. VH closed the shows in the 2007 tour with the song.

The remainder of the tour is the stock standard VH set including the ones they cannot not do You Really Got Me, Hot For Teacher, Panama, etc.
