Movie About Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall Being Planned

The man behind the movie The Queen is looking at another film based on fact and it revolves around Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall.

Andy Harries is planning to shoot the story of the schoolchildren who sang on the classic Pink Floyd track and Alan Renshaw, the teacher whose renegade ways and involvement in the recording eventually got him fired.  Writer Steve Thompson is penning the script.  The picture is for Left Bank and BBC films.

Harries told Tim Adler of Deadline Hollywood that the story is "Dead Poets Society meets School of Rock."  Unfortunately, there is still one hurdle that he has to get over.  Obtaining the rights to the original song from Roger Waters.
