Come Rain Or Come ShineBobby Caldwell, who hit the top ten in 1979 with What You Won't Do For Love, has signed on to host morning drive for the Timeless Cool Network.

Caldwell said of his new job "I am excited to become part of the Timeless Cool family. Not only is this new format fantastic, but working with the staff and personnel has been a true pleasure. I’m looking forward to participbating and assisting in bringing Timeless Cool to the forefront of radio."

Caldwell is well versed in a variety of music genres.  His career started as a teenager trying to break into rock music but his big breakthrough, What You Won't Do For Love, had a soulful feel, going up to number 6 on the R&B and 9 on the Pop charts.  He went on to score three more minor pop and five R&B hits but he eventually found a home in jazz, recording six top ten Jazz albums between 1992 and 2005.  He also had huge success in Japan.  Among the songs that Caldwell has written are Heart of Mine (Boz Scaggs), What Kind of Man Would I Be? (Chicago) and his own big hit.

The Timeless Cool format mixes Adult Contemporary artists from the past like Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, Etta James and Ray Charles with today's best including Michael Buble, Amy Winehouse, Diana Krall and John Mayer.
