Chart Watch Britain: Chart of August 7, 2010

Our weekly recap of veteran artists on the current British music charts. Chart highlights:

  • Tom Jones came up one spot short of setting the record for oldest artist to hit number one on the British Album chart as Praise & Blame starts at 2.  It is still the best he has done with an original studio album since This is Tom Jones reached the same spot in 1969.
