Reprise Goes Back to the Vault for New Sinatra Collection

Reprise Records had tremendous success earlier this year with the Frank Sinatra greatest hits compillation Nothing But the Best. The album stayed in the top ten for a number of weeks and in the top 100 albums for months.

Building on the success of that album, Reprise once again goes back to the vault for Seduction: Sinatra Sings Love, due on January 27. The album will be released as a 22-track single-CD along with a deluxe edition with a second-CD with ten bonus tracks.

Included on the album will be an alternate version of Rogers & Hart's My Funny Valentine along with remastered versions of tracks throughout Sinatra's career.

The album also includes a number of Sinatra's collaborations with the likes of Count Basie & His Orchestra and Antonio Carlos Jobim, along with the arranging and production of Don Costa, Nelson Riddle and Quincy Jones.

In a discussion on the Sinatra Family Forum, daughter Nancy Sinatra hinted that there might be a special edition available at Target with a DVD.
